Integrative Coach | Energy Worker | Mind-Body Healing Consultant
Co-Creator of Path to Freedom
Jocelyn Birkhimer is a coach, consultant, and energy worker who helps ambitious professionals heal from chronic pain and stress-related conditions so they can reclaim their energy, productivity, and joy—while scaling their impact. She brings an integrative and deeply personal approach, rooted in her own journey of healing chronic pain, PTSD, and emotional overwhelm.
From a young age, Jocelyn was told she'd have to live with scoliosis, plantar fasciitis, and chronic back, hip, and knee pain. She experienced debilitating symptoms for over a decade—and eventually overcame them all using the same tools she now teaches. Her healing journey led her to master techniques from Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Ancient Hawaiian Huna, yoga, breathwork, trauma-informed coaching, and emotional release.
Today, Jocelyn empowers others to stop managing symptoms and start truly healing—so they can serve with purpose, show up for their families, and fully enjoy their lives. She works especially well with purpose-driven people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by physical or emotional pain and are ready to shift into full alignment and freedom.
She is the co-creator of Path to Freedom, a neuroscience-based program that teaches professionals how to heal persistent pain by reprocessing it—emotionally, neurologically, and energetically.

Integrative Coach | Pain Reprocessing Specialist | Mind-Body Educator
Co-Creator of Path to Freedom
After living with chronic pain for 7 years and undergoing two surgeries, Mia Khalil was told by doctors she’d never run, lift weights, or be pain-free again. But just two days after discovering a neuroscience-based approach, everything changed: her pain was gone—and has never returned.
Mia is a leading educator in mind-body healing and chronic pain recovery, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Emotional Awareness & Expression Therapy (EAET), nervous system education, and over a decade of lived experience. Her work is rooted in the latest science that shows pain can be unlearned—and healing is possible, even when MRI scans look “damaged " or " abnormal”.
Originally from Lebanon, Mia grew up during wartime and endured trauma that shaped her early nervous system. Later, while raising children alone in a new country and surviving years of emotional and financial stress, her body gave out. Her healing journey began with the teachings of Dr. John Sarno and evolved into a passionate mission to help others heal what doctors told her was “permanent.”
Mia is now living proof that pain is not always what it seems. She’s helped hundreds of clients retrain their brains, release emotional blocks, and reclaim lives they thought they had lost forever.
She is the co-creator of Path to Freedom, a 10-week healing experience designed to help people understand, rewire, and resolve chronic or persistent pain—naturally, safely, and permanently.

Chronic pain-specific education & reprocessing techniques
Focused on empowerment and lifelong transformation, not just getting rid of the pain
- Extra month of group coaching if no measurable improvement in symptom frequency, intensity, or quality of life after full participation
- 2-week money-back window after the first two modules if structural pain is suspected.
OR
Extra month of group coaching if no results* after full participation
- 2-week money-back window after first two modules if structural pain is suspected.
For clarity, “no results” refers to a lack of measurable improvement in symptom frequency, intensity, or quality of life, not the complete absence of pain.
An Interview With Sylvie Hebert
We have been conditioned to accept the diagnosis of lifelong widespread pain and chronic fatigue. We have been told that "We have to live with it. Manage it." This is simply NOT true. Thousands of people are overcoming years of debilitating chronic pain and fatigue. Join me to spread the word. To spread the hope!

An Interview With Stephanie R
We have been conditioned to accept the diagnosis of chronic headaches and migraines. We have been told that "We have to live with it. Manage it." This is simply NOT true. An Interview With Claude Khalil
We have been conditioned to believe that physical symptoms must have a structural cause, and that pain is a natural part of aging. We have been told that our bodies are fragile and can be easily broken and damaged. This is simply NOT true. Thousands of people are overcoming years of debilitating chronic pain. Join me to spread the word - to spread the hope!

We understand
Healing is a highly individual process. Most people begin to see tangible improvements in symptom intensity, frequency, or overall well-being within a few weeks, while others may take a few months to experience lasting relief. We track your progress weekly, address any roadblocks, and ensure you have the tools and mindset to stay on your path to recovery.
Yes — if your pain or symptoms are not caused by a structural or medical emergency, this approach can help. The program is designed for mind-body conditions or persistent symptoms that haven’t improved with traditional treatments. We focus on retraining your brain and calming your nervous system so your body can return to a state of safety and balance. During your intake, we’ll review your history to confirm that this method is a good fit for you.
Many of our clients come to us feeling exactly that way — after years of treatments, therapies, and tests that didn’t bring lasting relief. What makes this approach different is that it targets the root causes of chronic pain — sensitized nervous systems and learned brain patterns — not just physical symptoms. By addressing the mind-body connection directly, you’ll learn to rewire your brain’s response to pain and restore a sense of safety in your body. Even if nothing else has worked before, this process often succeeds where others haven’t.
Traditional therapy often focuses on processing emotions or past experiences. While that can be helpful, this program goes a step further by teaching you how to retrain your brain and nervous system to turn off pain and other chronic symptoms. It’s a structured, educational, and experiential process that blends neuroscience, coaching, and mind-body tools — helping you build new neural pathways, reduce fear, and restore safety in your body. It’s not about analyzing the past — it’s about creating real, measurable change in how you feel now.
Yes. Many of our clients work full-time while going through the program. Group coaching sessions are held at set times but are fully recorded, so you can watch the replay whenever it fits your schedule. If you can’t attend live, you can send your questions in advance, and we’ll address them during the session so you still receive personalized guidance and support.
